Shipping & Return Policy
Orders may take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.
Shipping rates are flat for all domestic and international orders.
Dear Overthinker is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Dear Overthinker in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!
Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families.
==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment.
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)
Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
